If you are using CSV but the product feed data doesn't appear in the field mapping step properly, please go back to the previous "Add file" step.

Make sure that you have set the Settings correctly. If you have chosen Auto-recognition, it might happen that Syncee has troubles recognizing the correct type, delimiter or end of line tag. In this case, please open your CSV with Open Office or Libra Office and look for these details.

Please set them appropriately, press DONE and move on to the next step again.
