If you could not add the file using a URL, it can be caused by the following reasons:
- the URL is private (Google Drive, Dropbox) --> please make sure that you create a public link and insert that into Syncee
- the URL leads to a private account --> you cannot use URLs like this in Syncee
- the URL is secured with username and password --> please enter them into the boxes below the URL
- the URL is a direct link to a product from AliExpress or Amazon or other marketplace --> Syncee works with files, like CSV, XML, TXT etc., Syncee is not designed to import products from marketplaces.
