In some cases, you can encounter a situation when the quantity of your products are not updated.

Please follow the resolution steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Check the products on the website of the supplier to be sure if they are available or not

2. If you are sure they are available, please check your location in your Shopify admin store.

Just go to your Shopify admin store, Settings, then Location and click to the location name.

The checkbox needs to be ticked at the location you wish to use.

It has to be the same which is used in your Inventory Quantity Location setting in your task.

After completing these steps, try to update your products again, and if they still do not have quantities, please contact us.
