This article shows what happens if the supplier runs out of the product.

If you use one of our paid plans, you would be able to update the products in your store by clicking on the Sync button.

Syncee will update the products one or two times during the day based on your subscription.

In the Catalog settings, you can set what should happen with the out-of-stock products; you can either hide the products or set the quantity to 0 in your store.

  1. In the Marketplace menu click on My catalogs

  2. Click on the catalog you wish to manage

  3. Click on Catalog settings

  4. Choose if you would like to hide the product or set the quantity to 0

    1. You can set it in the What shall we do with the product that have 0 quantity? option

  5. Click on Save once you are ready
