Syncee uploads and updates products from data feed files. If you have a file that Syncee can reach through an API, please contact our support staff. 

You need to send the API documentation to Syncee's developers, who will create a custom development to reach your file. This will be available for you until you are subscribed to one of the plans. This process has a one-time fee, it depends on the length of the development.
